This year’s NFDD Day 2019 was held at Sengkang General Hospital.
The event saw a huge turnout of more than 600 participants. This year’s theme was “How My Weight Affects My Digestive Health”. The talks were given by specialist doctors from Gastroenterology, Family Medicine and Endocrinology.
Topics ranged from obesity related gastrointestinal diseases to gastrointestinal and liver cancers. The topic of weight management was also covered.
Outside the main auditorium, there were several interactive exhibition booths by the Health Promotion Board, the Singapore Cancer Society as well as our industry sponsors: Yakult, Olympus, Hyphens, Lee Foundation, Nestle, Novo Nordisk, Abbott, Takeda and DCH Auriga.
